FindMyWorkshop is a discovery and booking platform designed to connect dance workshop organisers with participants. By using our platform, you agree to these simplified terms of service.
FindMyWorkshop is a facilitator. We do not conduct, manage, or oversee the workshops themselves. All workshop content, safety, and quality are the sole responsibility of the respective organisers.
Users must provide accurate information when booking or creating accounts. You are expected to behave respectfully during workshops and follow any specific rules set by the organisers.
Workshop details, pricing, and availability are managed directly by organisers. While we facilitate the discovery, the contract for the workshop is between the participant and the organiser.
All refund requests, cancellations, or rescheduling are handled by the workshop organisers according to their individual policies. FindMyWorkshop is not responsible for issuing refunds.
FindMyWorkshop is not liable for any injuries, property loss, or disputes arising from participation in a workshop. We are also not responsible for inaccuracies in organizer-provided data.
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. We will notify users of significant changes through the website.
